04/07 Show: Gay, Gay, Gay!

I have been so busy recently! Things are finally calming down and getting back to normal. Problem is, I don't LIKE normal. I like chaos, new things and experiences, and I think I work better under a lot of stress and pressure. That's why on this week's all new edition of A Night in the Park, I am going to DELIVER!

The Gay Dictionary, Stereotypes, and Attraction in the Gay Community. THREE topics? You're damn right. Also all new editions of your favorite segments! Entertainment News, Precious Moments and My 10 Favorite Things. It's going to be CHAOTIC! Gates open up again this Thursday at 10pm EST/7pm PST.

This will be my first show back in California, since last week's show was a replay of my first studio show in Cleveland. I have lots to dish about regarding my trip, news about my future and the future of the show, my new responsibilities at Q Nation and more. This is a show you do NOT want to miss!

Last night's show was a HUGE SUCCESS! It was the first time doing my show in a real studio and operating equipment and it went well.. but only because I have such a great teacher! Thanks Viz! We PACKED the chatroom -- lots of cute boys on webcam! Last night I also had my VERY FIRST guest phone in. Thank you so much Dr. Jallen Rix! You were amazing.

After some interesting segments I opened the phone lines and I got a mysterious call.. it was a long lost friend of mine surprising me on the air! It was so great to hear from you again, Rachel. Sean (who is becoming quite a popular regular in the QNF chatroom) also phoned in near the end to have a talk with me. Thanks sweetie!

The highlight of the night, however, was having my mommy call in to the show. We had a great time on the air reminiscing and goofing around. My listeners loved her! We will DEFINITELY have Momma Parker back.

This was my best show to date. Thank you all so much for your continued support! There are going to be several changes to the program, and last night you got a taste of what's to come. More announcements soon! Also catch next week's special show with guest Matt Mazzei.

03/10 Show: What grinds YOUR gears?

You know what grinds my gears? Well.. pretty much everything. This week in the Park I'll be ranting and raving about things that.. well.. displease me. What pisses you off? Write in to me and I will share them LIVE on the air! Trust me, I've got PLENTY to bitch about this week.

Next week I'll be doing my show from the QNF studio and our topic will be SEX! You, the listeners, will have the opportunity to phone in and share your experiences. Originally sex was going to be the topic for this week, but I decided to save it for next week's special edition so that I can get more feedback from my listeners.

A Night in the Park will have its debut in the Q Nation FM studio next week! I've decided to pick a special topic for our 3/17 show -- SEX! Do you have a crazy story you want shared live on the air? You'll be able to PHONE IN and share them! I'll also be sharing some of MY crazy stories. It's definitely going to be a crazy night.

A Night in the Park is ALL NEW tonight at 10pm EST/7pm PST! But soon I won't be in PST anymore.. will I be able to adjust to it? ;p Tonight we'll be covering RELIGION IN THE GAY COMMUNITY. Gasp, right? I have stories from listeners, an all new Entertainment News, Precious Moments, and a new segment.. My 10 Favorite Things of the Week! Hilarity shall ensue.

And remember, starting on the 16th of this month there will be SO many specials going on! I'll in Cleveland for two weeks where I'll be guest co-hosting on Edge Radio with Viz & Miss Annie two weeks in a row and I'll also be doing ANITP from the same studio!

Thank you to EVERYONE who tuned in on Thursday for the premiere of A Night in the Park. We started off with some technical issues, but they were quickly resolved (thanks Viz and Mike!) and I went on the air solo for the first time. It was amazing and we had a great turnout.

Big, big, exciting news! Next Wednesday, the 19th, at 10pm EST I'll be a guest on Edge Radio with Viz & Miss Annie -- that's right, I've upgraded from my goofy call-ins to official guest status! We'll be discussing my talk show (three more weeks!) among other scandalous topics, I'm sure.


Being a part of the Q Nation family really is a blessing. It all started when I was a young gay visiting San Francisco. Evil Gene, an Edge Radio contributor and host of his own show (To Tell The Truth) introduced me to the station. Years later I started calling into Edge Radio and fell in love with Viz and Miss Annie, whom I later met in person thanks to Mike Reader (host of The Mikelive Experience).

ANITP gets its official timeslot and start date!

It's official! My upcoming show on Q Nation FM, A Night in the Park, will begin airing every Thursday from 10pm-Midnight starting February 3rd 2011! This is VERY exciting news! I'll be working hard with my team and the fabulous people at Q Nation FM to get things in order quickly. I will be updating this blog frequently so you can get updates on all of the production details!

Also, a big things to Kiel for the new header! Sexy, huh?
